X12 Support
In 1979, the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) chartered the Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) X12 to develop a standards for electronic interchange. The Data Interchange Standards Association (DISA) serves as the secretariat for X12. Progress DataDirect Technologies is a member of ASC X12.
Data Integration Suite supports accessing and converting all currently electronically published versions of the X12 standard, across all transaction sets, from release 003030 to 006020. Data Integration Suite also supports binary enclosures with X12 BIN and BDS segments. Using Data Integration Suite , it's easy to convert X12 EDI into XML in as little as 10 lines of Java or C# code.
